Far from my family
Far from my home,
In this unkind place
I stay all cautious;
Its night all here
Only stars accompanying,
My daughter must be awake
Time to lull her to sleep;
Oh there's my wife
She looks damn gorgeous,
Let me hug her
As it soothes my aches;
My eyes are opened
I dream in a blink,
In fewer seconds
I go and come.
The heart weighs heavy
With emotions flowing,
I want to go back
To my sweet homeland;
But No! I won't
I will stay steadfast,
My country needs me
So do my countrymen;
My family do matter
I crave to see them,
But country matters the most
Can't see her in pain.
Far from my home,
In this unkind place
I stay all cautious;
Its night all here
Only stars accompanying,
My daughter must be awake
Time to lull her to sleep;
Oh there's my wife
She looks damn gorgeous,
Let me hug her
As it soothes my aches;
My eyes are opened
I dream in a blink,
In fewer seconds
I go and come.
The heart weighs heavy
With emotions flowing,
I want to go back
To my sweet homeland;
But No! I won't
I will stay steadfast,
My country needs me
So do my countrymen;
My family do matter
I crave to see them,
But country matters the most
Can't see her in pain.
